Located on St Andrews Street, students at St Andrews Court have Merchant City right on their doorstep. Originally used as a sheriff’s courthouse, St. Andrews court has undergone extensive refurbishment. Despite the change of use, the building original features remain which gives it unique characters very different to any other student accommodation in the area.
Both Caledonian University and the University of Strathclyde are less than a 10-minutes’ walk, and with Argyle Street Station close by, students can also travel to the West End and the University of Glasgow in under 20 minutes.
Glasgow is the 3rd biggest city in the UK outside London. Bigger than Nottingham, Liverpool and Edinburgh with the student population reflecting this. So, you’ll be spoilt for choice with many things to do. Glasgow is also known for its cultural attractions some include music venues, museums and art galleries.
St Andrews Court is built over four floors, St. Andrews Court has disabled access on every
level and all communal facilities are located on the ground floor, to ensure they can be enjoyed by all students.
It is home to 122 students each year, postgraduate and undergraduate. With outstanding communal facilities which include a private on-site gymnasium, cinema room, laundry room and a communal games room with pool tables.
