Nottingham Trent University is a 15 minute stroll away and the University of Nottingham’s main campus is just 15 minutes away via tram.

Maid Marian House is home to 102 students each year, offering 3 different types of studio – there’s something to suit all budgets and tastes!
Rooms vary in size and layout, however all include a modern kitchen, en-suite bathroom, study area.
Our room types include:
- Classic Studio: 15-17 square meters.
- Premium Studio: 17-23 square meters.
- Superior Studio: 23-31 square meters.
We offer dual occupancies in the majority of our room types.

Maid Marian House boasts a communal social space and a gym, perfect for winding down after a long day or getting in some extra study hours!

What Else is Included?
To make things simpler, all bills are included in the rental price so there’s no need to worry about having to pay bills each month.
This includes FREE Wi-Fi, water, electricity and even content insurance.
Maid Marian House also has an on-site Accommodation Team who are on-hand should you need anything at all while you’re living with us and for additional peace-of-mind, Maid Marian House also has 24/7 CCTV and a dedicated out-of-hours service.

My name is Monica and I joined Xenia Students in 2017. I’m passionate about customer service and the most rewarding part of being an Accommodation Manager is the relationship I build with our tenants.
