Located on Maid Marian Way and just 3 minutes walk from Nottingham’s famous castle, students at Maid Marian House have the city centre on their door-step.
Nottingham Trent University is a 15 minute walk away and the University of Nottingham’s main campus is just 15 minutes away via tram.
Maid Marian House is home to 102 postgraduate and undergraduate students each year, offering a range of studios including our budget-friendly single bed studios, to our spacious superior studio apartments.

Rooms vary in size and layout, however all include a modern kitchen, en-suite bathroom, study area.
We offer dual occupancies in the majority of our room types – FREE OF CHARGE!

Maid Marian House boasts a communal social space and a gym, perfect for winding down after a long day or getting in some extra study hours!

What Else is Included?
To make things simpler, all bills are included in the rental price so there’s no need to worry about having to pay bills each month.
This includes FREE Wi-Fi, water, electricity and even content insurance.
Maid Marian House also has an on-site Accommodation Team who are on-hand should you need anything at all while you’re living with us and for additional peace-of-mind, Maid Marian House also has 24/7 CCTV and a dedicated out-of-hours service.

My name is Monica and I joined Xenia Students in 2017. I’m passionate about customer service and the most rewarding part of being an Accommodation Manager is the relationship I build with our tenants. We have tenants who lived with us for 3-4 years during the whole duration of their course and it’s the best recognition of my team’s hard work and dedication.
