Less than a five-minute walk from Nottingham Trent University, and with major transport links nearby to make it easy to reach anywhere else in the city, Bard House is ideally located for student life.
Bard House is home to 54 students each year, undergraduate and postgraduate. Offering a range of studios including our budget-friendly single bed studios, to our spacious superior studio apartments.
The characteristic building is our most unique student property in the city, so we definitely recommend coming for a viewing to see its charm first-hand!

For those looking for a more affordable room type, our standard studios are ideal and include either a single or double bed, kitchen, ensuite shower room and study area.
We offer dual occupancies in the majority of our room types – FREE OF CHARGE!
What Else is Included?
To make things simpler, all bills are included in the rental price so there’s no need to worry about having to pay bills each month.
This includes Free WiFi, water, electricity and even content insurance.
The building also has an onsite Accommodation Team who are on-hand if you have any questions about your stay.
For peace-of-mind, Bard House also has 24/7 CCTV and out-of-hours service.

My name is Monica and I joined Xenia Students in 2017. I’m passionate about customer service and the most rewarding part of being an Accommodation Manager is the relationship I build with our tenants. We have tenants who lived with us for 3-4 years during the whole duration of their course and it’s the best recognition of my team’s hard work and dedication.
