Welcome to Avalon Court – student studio accommodation less than 10 minutes from Nottingham Trent University.
Located on Glasshouse Street, students at Avalon Court have the city centre on their door-step where an array of shops, restaurants and bars can be found.
Nottingham Trent University campus is just a short 10 minute stroll away and the University of Nottingham’s main campus is just 15 minutes away via tram. Nottingham offers fantastic transport links, making it easy for you to stay connected to campus life.
Avalon Court is home to 100 students each year and offers a wide variety of studios from budget friendly options to more spacious deluxe apartments, so you can find the perfect fit for your lifestyle and budget.

Avalon Court houses 100 students each year and offers four different types of studios, making it easy to find an option that suits any budget!
- Classic Studio: 15-17 square meters.
- Premium Studio: 17-25 square meters
- Superior Studio: 23-27 meters.
- Deluxe Studio: 30-31 square meters
Rooms vary in size and layout, however all include a modern kitchen, en-suite bathroom, study area.
We also offer dual occupancies in the majority of our rooms.

What Else is Included?
To make things simpler, all bills are included in the rent you pay, so there’s no need to worry about having to pay bills each month.
This includes FREE WiFi, water, electricity and even content insurance.
The building also has an onsite Accommodation Team who are on-hand if you have any questions about your stay.
For peace-of-mind, Avalon Court also has 24/7 CCTV and out-of-hours service.
