FAQs: Re-booking With Xenia Students

  • How do I re-book?

    If you are thinking about re-booking or have any questions about the process, all you need to do is speak with your accommodation manager and they will handle the whole process for you.

  • Can I change my room?

    If you wish, you are able to enquire about booking a different room, however, in order to qualify for the deposit rollover, you must re-book your current studio. If you wish to move studios, an additional deposit to secure the new studio will be required and some promotions may not be available.

  • Can I leave my stuff in my room?

    If you would like to leave your belongings in your room over Summer, speak with your accommodation team who can let you know what options are available to you.

Terms and Conditions 

To take advantage of our re-booking offer, tenants must re-book for a minimum of 44-weeks for the 2023/24 academic year. In order to qualify for the deposit rollover, tenants must re-book their current studio in their current building, if the tenant wishes to move studios or buildings, an additional deposit will be required and some promotions may not be available. *Guarantee the same room if booked by Christmas break. To secure your room for the 2023/24 academic year, 1-weeks rent will be required upfront, this amount will then be deducted from your first rental instalment for the new academic year. The prize draw winners will be selected once re-bookings close in October 2023 and the winner from each buildings will be contacted directly by Xenia Students. Offers & discounts shown are valid on re-bookings made between 14/11/2022 – 30/09/2023 only. Xenia reserve the right to decline any re-booking should the tenant be in breach of their previous years tenancy.
