Single bed studios start from just £110 a month! Your rent is inclusive of bills, FREE Wi-Fi, an on-site gym, bike storage, a laundry room, a cinema, and a large social space. Each studio features a study area, private kitchen, and an en-suite shower room, great for students that like a little privacy.

For peace of mind here at Sovereign we have a friendly accommodation team, a maintenance team, and a housekeeping team. Accommodation staff are around to help with any queries you may have between Monday – Friday 9-5pm.

With more than 60,000 students at the two universities, Sheffield is known as one of the North’s best student cities. Our student accommodation places you at the heart of Sheffield’s city centre. Sheffield is also a short distance from Manchester and Nottingham (both under an hour by train).

Sheffield has two main Universities, Sheffield Hallam & The University of Sheffield. Both Uni’s have a Student Union which offer a great range of activities. With over 370 societies and 58 student-led clubs, from baking to beekeeping, parkour to Pokemon and football to stunt cheerleading, you can keep up your hobbies, maintain your fitness or try something completely new.

As one of the most vibrant cities in the North, Sheffield has a lot to offer including theatres, galleries, nightclubs, and shopping centres and if that’s not really your thing, then the Peak District National Park is right on your doorstep. Sheffield really does have it all!
