  • How does the booking process work?

    Booking With Xenia

The best way to book a room with Xenia Students is through our online bookings portal MyXenia.

Our simple three-step booking process is simple, safe and secure.

    1. Register to Book
The first step is simple; register your interest in booking a room!

You need to fill in a few personal details such as your full name, email address and telephone number. This will only take a couple of minutes to complete. Once sent, a member of our team will be in contact to discuss your booking preferences.

If you would like to register to book for 2022/2023, please click HERE

    2. Pay Your Holding Deposit
Once a member of our team has discussed your booking preferences, you will be asked to pay a holding deposit of just £75! This will form part of your security deposit (£250) which is required to be topped up upon move-in. This is applicable if you are booking wth us in England. If you are booking in Scotland you will be required to pay £250 security deposit before the room is held for you.

Your holding deposit is required to be paid within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation, which will be sent by your chosen accommodation.

All useful documents including a draft contract, our booking terms and conditions are all available online here, please ensure you have read these fully before proceeding to book.

    3. Email Your Documents
The final step is to provide us with important documents so we can verify your booking. This includes information such as:

    • Signed contract
    • Photo ID
    • Proof of student status

Once you have paid your holding deposit a member of the team will send you a link through DocuSign. This will contain your tenancy agreement, scale of fees, house rules and have a function to upload the required verification documents in order to complete your booking in one easy step!

Once your booking is verified and confirmed by our team you will be provided with full access to MyXenia! MyXenia will give you access to a great variety of useful information including your signed contract, payment details, maintenance requests and even parcel delivery information!

  • How can I help prepare them for University

We’ve created a list of our Top Tips for Move In Weekend.

This is a list of everything they should need. But don’t worry if you don’t get everything on the list, there is still plenty of time to pick things up on arrival.

Exploring a new city is the fun part of the fun when dropping them off at University! We’ve made a list of things to do in each city our accommodation is in! Some great ideas for day trips or evening meals. What To Do Now You’ve Moved In?

  • I'm worried about them

We are proud to provide them with safe and secure building that are 24/7 alarmed. We work closely with local Student Unions to provide safety around the city and fun activities to participate in.

Our mental health partnership with Student Minds and Student Space helps us look after their mental health while at University. We publish content created from our partnership and encourage support and advice through this service.

    What we do…

My Xenia is where they’ll find most information, it’s an online portal for them to login into. They can find an online forum to chat with other students in their accommodation. Also, Payments, offers, maintenance requests, concierge and other additional property documents.

We run regular Social activities! We encourage everyone in the accommodation to get to know each other. So we provide them with some additional benefits with staying with us. Pizza, movie and society nights all in our large indoor spaces.

Communication between Xenia and the students are done via email or our accommodation managers.
