Our rooms can book up fast, so it’s wise to book your Sunderland accommodation in advance. As soon as you know you need accommodation for the University of Sunderland, you can register with us in minutes.

You’ll see a full break-down of your rental instalments in your MyXenia account. You’ll pay your rent each term – or in advance, depending on your agreement.

Once you move in, we’ll ask for a security deposit of £250. We’ll refund your deposit once you move out, providing that there are no outstanding arrears, damages to your room, or communal areas.
