How close you’ll be located to your university depends on which of our student apartments you choose and which university you attend.

For University of Glasgow students, our Robert Owen House is the closest. Six minutes away by car, a 10-minute cycle, or a 30 minute walk – the choice is yours. Alternatively, you can hop on the bus and arrive at the university within 18 minutes.

St Andrew’s Court is a short journey from Argyle Street Station and is close to the University of Strathclyde and Glasgow Caledonian.

If you’re a student at Glasgow Caledonian, our Central House is ideal. Just an 18-minute walk or 6-minute cycle and you’ll arrive at the university. You can also catch the bus, which takes 15 minutes.

Our private student apartments are brimming with modern and comfortable amenities. You can see your upcoming rent payments in your MyXenia account. Depending on your agreement, you’ll pay your rent each term or upfront.

On your moving in day, we’ll ask for a £250 security deposit. We’ll refund this when you move out, providing your apartment is left in a reasonable condition.
