Welcome to All Saints House – studio accommodation close to University of Sunderland’s St Peter’s Campus.
Located on Portobello Lane and just 4 minutes from the Stadium of Light Metro, students at All Saints House are ideally located for student life in Sunderland.
For those who drive, the building has onsite parking free-of-charge and there is an onsite accommodation team who can help you throughout your stay with any queries.
All Saints House is home to 90 students each year, offering a range of studios including our budget-friendly single bed studios, to our spacious superior studio apartments.

Living at All Saints House, not only do you get your own personal space to live in; but you can also take advantage of some great social spaces within the building too. All Saints House boasts a communal social space to meet up with friends, and even an outdoor patio area, perfect for soaking up the sun on warmer days.

We love hosting parties, movie and game nights or even putting on a more bespoke event, but we need your help! What Else is Included?
To make things simpler, all bills are included in the rental price so there’s no need to worry about having to pay bills each month.
This includes free WiFi, water, electricity and even content insurance.
The building also has an onsite Accommodation Team who are on-hand if you have any questions about your stay.
For peace-of-mind, All Saints House also has 24/7 CCTV and out-of-hours service.
