Whether you’re attending the University of Sheffield or Sheffield Hallam, you can walk to university from our accommodation. Stay at our Sovereign Newbank House and you can walk to Sheffield Hallam in under 15 minutes – or the University of Sheffield in 20 minutes.

You’ll see a full break-down of your rental instalments in your MyXenia account. You’ll pay your rent each term – or in advance, depending on your agreement.

When you move into your private apartment, we’ll ask for a security deposit of £250. We’ll refund your deposit once you move out, on the basis that your room and the communal areas remain damage-free.
