When you book a student studio apartment with Xenia, you can expect your own private modern kitchen facilities, en suite bathrooms, a personal study area, a TV, and free WiFi are just the basics at our studio apartments. Depending on which accommodation you choose, you could also expect a gym, social areas, and laundry rooms.

You’ll see a full break-down of your rental instalments in your MyXenia account. You’ll pay your rent each term – or in advance, depending on your agreement.

Once you move in, we’ll ask for a security deposit of £250. We’ll refund your deposit once you move out, providing that you have no outstanding arrears and no damage has been caused to your studio flat or communal areas.
