Located on Edge Lane, St Cyprians is a characteristic building made up of two conjoined blocks; The Church and The Cube. Jelli Studios Theatre School is just a stones throw away, making St Cyprians the perfect from for anyone planning to study there.
Less than a 5 minutes train journey to Liverpool Lime Street, St Cyprians is ideal for undergraduate and postgraduate students studying at The University of Liverpool, Liverpool John Moores University and Jelli Studios.

St Cyprians is home to 119 students each year, offering a range of high-end studios as well as one-bedroom and duplex apartments.
Rooms vary in size and layout, however all include a modern kitchen, spacious en-suite bathroom, study area, and a Smart TV.
We offer dual occupancies in the majority of our room types – FREE OF CHARGE

Living at St Cyprians, not only do you get your own personal space to live in; you can also take advantage of some great social spaces within the building too. St Cyprians boasts a cosy communal social space. This space is perfect for relaxing after a hard day at Uni or spending a few hours doing some extra studying!

What Else is Included?
To make things simpler, all bills are included in your rental price so there’s no need to worry about having to pay bills each month.
This includes FREE Wi-Fi, water, electricity and even content insurance.
St Cyprians also has an on-site Accommodation Team who are on-hand should you need anything at all while you’re living with us and for additional peace-of-mind, St Cyprians also has 24/7 CCTV and a dedicated out-of-hours service.

Wavertree Botanic Gardens is only a 10-minute walk from St Cyprians. You can enjoy a lovely walk around the park or a picnic in the sun in summer!
Liverpool Shopping Park is only a 6-minute drive from St Cyprians, which is perfect if you need any essentials or fancy a little look around the shops.
